Do you build e-commerce websites to sell products or services?

Yes, we build e-commerce websites for selling products and services both on WordPress (Woo-Commerce) and Shopify.

Do I need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to work with you?

No client is asked to sign an NDA with us; however, we are open to signing NDAs for our clients.

What do you include in your monthly reports for the clients?

Each unique project has a custom report generated for the client. Depending on the services offered to the client as per their requirement, the report includes performance tracking and reports on search engine optimization, PPC, social media optimization, etc. Some of the details included are traffic count, traffic source, bounce rate, conversions, lead details and also other ROI (return on investment) results.

How do you go about deciding the targets for a project?

The initial web design and SEO consultations are conducted to discuss the goals and objectives of a project. This is followed by the development of strategies and a roadmap to help in achieving these targets. We keep in mind both the immediate as well as long-term goals of a business while strategizing the branding and promotional plan.
